Rules and Regulations
• No client can be more than 1 week in arrears with their invoice, no matter what the balance is. More than 1 week in arrears and your account will be suspended until payment has been received.
• When funding your Master Agent Account, only prepaid cards will be accepted.
• Only clients who have been with us more than two months can start funding their agent accounts with their prepaid cards.
• If you’re sending payment through the mail, a postal tracking number must be given immediately to the accounting department. Failure to do so will result in your account being suspended until payment or a valid tracking number has been received.
• Line Control is limited only to clients who have more than 15 players.
